Delayed Shipping/Delivery
LiveLife Move has a small number of delayed shipping products. It is clearly communicated on the product if any delays will occur. Because we manufacuture in NZ we have some flexibility in our production. Delayed shipping products are partly constructed and your order will complete this process, this explains the short delay in getting them to you. Returns
We have a returns process that suppports you to get the right size and feel amazing in your purchase
30 days to return
You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition.
To accomodate the shipping time from an address outside of NewZealand…your item must be dispatched within the 30 days.
Choose to exchange or receive a refund
Exchange: You can exchange your item for a different size or style at no additional cost. (NZ and Australian addresses only. See note below for other countries)
Return: A refund fee will be deducted from your original payment to cover the courier cost to return the item and process the return.
Note: for customers outside of New Zealand & Australia will need to cover the cost to return the item to LiveLife Move.

If you have any specific delivery instructions please let us know in the notes on the checkout page which can be found under the ‘Ship to a different address’ column.
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided for delivery is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) so that Move with You can efficiently and accurately fulfil the order. We do not take responsibility for any orders that you do not receive due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
Time of delivery
We all like our parcels to arrive quickly! You have purchased it, now you want it! At LiveLife Move we understand. Where possible we will have your items on the way to you at the latest the day following your order. With the exception of all weekend orders which will be couriered on the next working day (Monday). Time for delivery will depend on your country. Please see delivery to your country for more specific delivery times.
Tracking your order
You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you or if you have any concerns then please get in touch and we can help track your order.
Damage to purchased item
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens can you please keep the item and the packaging and contact us to let us know the problem at. Also, if your goods have not arrived within the stated timeframe, we want to know about it.
Out of Stock
LiveLife Move works hard to keep our site’s product availability updated however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time, or our website is not representing our stock levels accurately. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
For International Deliveries Only – Custom Charges
Items shipped to the rest of the world may be subjected to international custom and import fees (ie. tax, duties and clearing fees). LiveLifeMove takes no responsibility in payment of these charges. Please check with your local governmental office for further information relating to charges in your location. Custom clearance procedures can cause some delays to original delivery time frames.
If your purchase is returned to LiveLife Move due to failure to collect your parcel as you are not wanting to pay these fees or due to incorrect address information, will result in a refund of your original order amount less $50NZD to cover for the processing and shipping costs.
If you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and you will not be refunded by LiveLife Move.
