You can have a high level of confidence that you will purchase the correct size when you use our thorough, accurate and tested size guides. LiveLife Move experiences a very low level of size exchanges.

Home – Multiple Size or Style Try On

At LiveLife Move we understand that without the ability to touch, see and try on a garment sometimes making a decision on both size and style can be challenging. If you are unsure about size or style and would like the option of a ‘Try on Session’ where you can compare sizes or styles on you, then use our Home -Multiple Size or Style Try On.

Purchase the items you want to try on and select Home – Multiple Size or Style Try On at checkout.

Along with you items you will receive a prepaid courier slip and instructions for contacting the courier. Making  it easy for you to try items on and choose the best fit or style and easily return the unwanted items within 10 days.

Once your returned items are received you will be refunded using the original payment method.

If you return all your ordered items or they are received after the 10 day period then a full refund fee will apply.

Check your Fit

Once you receive your movement clothing items it is important that you check the fit. Movement Clothing that fits well will support you to look and feel amazing when you move.

LiveLife Move will send an email following your purchase with a guide on how to test fit. To receive this email you will need to opt in – (tick a box) at checkout. This is a one off email and is sent 1 day after your purchase. We can assure you, you will not receive further emails from LiveLife Move unless you choose to …be inspired to move more by joining ‘The Movement’ 

If you didn’t do this at checkout and would like to receive the fit guide…then please send us an email at hello@livelifemove.com with the words FIT GUIDE in the subject line. Please include your name and what item of movement clothing you purchased within the email.

Exchange (at no additional cost) 

To ensure you get the right size and style of clothing, LiveLife Move offers

  • NZ and Australian adresses – one free exchange. You can exchange your item for another size or choose a different style  at no additional cost. We cover the cost to courier the item back to LiveLifeMove and then we will send out your exchange
  • Rest of the World addresses – you need to return the item to LiveLifeMove and we will cover the cost to send the exchanged item to you

Note: You will need to pay or be refunded for any difference in price when choosing another style.

Return for a Refund

If it is just not right for you, you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase  using our easy to use returns process and receive a refund.  Items must be in their original condition.

Refund Fee – a refund fee will apply to all refunds to help cover  for NZ and Australian customers the courier cost and a processing fee and for the rest of the world a processing fee.
