The following information relates to all returns being shipped from an Australian address.

LiveLife Move wants your online shopping experience to be easy and successful.  We understand that when you buy online there can be some challenges making sure you get the right size, colour and style you want.

Therefore you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Items must be in their original condition.

Returns

We have a returns process that suppports you to get the right size and feel amazing in your purchase.

30 days to return 

You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase. To accomodate the shipping time to New Zealand your item must be dispatched within this 30 days.

Items must be in their original condition. Unworn, unused, unwashed, tags still on.

 

Choose to exchange or receive a refund

Exchange: LiveLifeMove offers you one free shipping exchange. Exchange your item for a different size, colour or style at no additional cost. If there is a difference in price of the exchanged item you will be charged or refunded accordingly. 

Refund: If you would like a refund a small Refund Fee of $15.00 will be deducted from the retail price of your item to cover the return international courier cost & cost to process.

No Refund Fee applied to

  • our Movement Underwear – we are so confident that you will love them!
  • if you choose to take care of shipping yourself there will be no Refund Fee applied.

 

How to Return – The Process

Please contact LiveLife Move via email, hello@livelifemove.com

Exchanging : Use EXCHANGE in the subject line and let us know your order number.

Refund : Use REFUND in the subject line and let us know your order number.

Return Shipping 

A prepaid courier label can be sent to you via email if you request this service. Please print this label. You will have to physically take your package to the nearest Australian Post Office.

Or… you can organise your own return shipping via tracked post. (No Refund Fee will apply for customers requesting a refund if you pay for your own return shipping).

Prepare the Package

  • Please include the completed returns slip (you receive this slip with your original purchase).
  • Package the item using either the original courier packaging or package to the same size.
  •  Attach the printed label or your own label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off or Collection

Once your package is ready, please take it to your nearest Australian Post Office.

Or… if you are organising your own return shipping contact your service provider to collect.

 

Exchanges will be shipped promptly back to you, refunds will be made within 5 working days
