LiveLife Move has tried to keep things simple and make purchasing from us an easy decision. It doesn’t matter where you live (outside of New Zealand or Australia), the cost is a flat rate of $20.00.
LiveLife Move Rest of the World Shipping is set up only to ship to the United States. If you live outside of the USA and would like to purchase then please get in touch and we look to understand requirements to your country.
Unfortunately due to tax requirements we are unable to ship to European countries.

You can buy as many items as you like and only pay $20.00
Returns
We have a returns process that suppports you to get the right size and feel amazing in your purchase
30 days to return
You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase. To accomodate the shipping time to New Zealand your item must be dispatched within the 30 days.
Items must be in their original condition.
Cost to Return
The cost to return the item to LiveLife Move in Nelson New Zealand for an exchange or a refund is the responsibility of the customer.
Choose to receive an exchange, or a refund
Exchange: You can exchange your item for a different size or style. LifeLive Move will cover the cost to send the exchange item to you.
Refund: A refund fee will be deducted from your original payment to cover the cost to process.

Delivery Information
If you have any specific delivery instructions please let us know in the notes on the checkout page which can be found under the ‘Ship to a different address’ column.
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided for delivery is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) so that Move with You can efficiently and accurately fulfil the order. We do not take responsibility for any orders that you do not receive due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
Time of delivery
Where possible will have your items on the way to you at the latest the day following your order. With the exception of all weekend orders which will be couriered on the next working day (Monday). You can expect your item to arrive 7-15 working days from the time of order.

Tracking your order
You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you or if you have any concerns then please get in touch and we can help track your order.
Damage to purchased item
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens can you please keep the item and the packaging and contact us to let us know the problem at hello@livelifemove.com. Also, if your goods have not arrived within the stated timeframe, we want to know about it.
Out of Stock
LiveLife Move works hard to keep our site’s product availability updated however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
Custom Charges
Items shipped to the rest of the world may be subjected to international custom and import fees (ie. tax, duties and clearing fees). LiveLife Move takes no responsibility in payment of these charges. Please check with your local governmental office for further information relating to charges in your location. Custom clearance procedures can cause some delays to original delivery time frames.
If your purchase is returned to LiveLife Move due to failure to collect your parcel as you are not wanting to pay these fees or due to incorrect address information, will result in a refund of your original order amount less $50NZD to cover for the processing and shipping costs.
If you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and you will not be refunded by LiveLife Move.
