The following infromation relates to all returns being shipped from a New Zealand address
LiveLife Move wants your online shopping experience to be easy and successful. We understand that when you buy online there can be some challenges making sure you get the right size, colour and style you want.
Therefore you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, or a refund Items must be in their original condition.

You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition.
Choose to exchange, or receive a refund
Exchange: You can exchange your item for a different size or style at no additional cost. You will be charged or refunded any difference in price of the exchanged item.
Refund: A refund fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your original payment to cover the courier cost to return the item and a processing fee.
If you choose to take care of postage yourseif then a refund fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your orginal payment.

Prepaid Courier Label
A prepaid courier label will be sent to you via email.
Print off the label
Instructions for contacting the courier are included in this email.
Prepare the Package
- Please include the completed returns slip (you receive this slip with your original purchase) with your item.
- Package the item using either the original courier packaging or package to a similar size.
- Attach the printed label to the outside of the package
Contact the Courier
Once your package is ready, please contact the courier .
Details of how to contact were emailed with your prepaid courier label
Exchanges will be shipped promptly back to you, refunds will be made within 5 working days
