LiveLife Move is committed to providing you with a safe, friendly and reliable customer experience. Whilst all care is taken to offer a secure system we cannot provide a 100% guaranteed secure system.  Please note, the information you provide is provided at your own risk.

• We collect only what we need to run our website and fulfill your orders.
• We never see or store your full card details. Woo payments are their third parties handles payments.
• We share your information only with the companies that help us deliver your order or run our site.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
• If something goes wrong with your data, we will tell you and the Privacy Commissioner where the law requires it.

When you buy from us or contact us:

• Your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number
• Your order history
• The messages you send us through our contact form or email

When you visit our website:

• Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view

• To process and deliver your orders, and to send order confirmations and updates

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job for us:

• goSweetSpot and Courier Post, to ship your order
• Woo Payments plugin, to process payments
• WordPress and WooCommerce (Automattic) and our website host, Pressable to run our website and shop. 
• Mailpoet our Email marketing provider, 
• Analytics provider - Google Analytics

We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

We may also share information when the law requires it, when it is needed to prevent or respond to a serious threat to someone's safety, or when you have given us your consent.

Some of our providers, including Stripe, Automattic/WooCommerce, [our email platform] and [our analytics provider], store or process information outside New Zealand, including in [countries, e.g. the United States and Australia]. We only use providers that we reasonably believe protect your information in a way that is comparable to New Zealand's privacy law, or we will ask for your consent first.

Payments are processed by Stripe through the Woo Payments plugin. Stripe is certified to the PCI DSS standard used by Visa and Mastercard. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read: https://stripe.com/en-nz/privacy

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. We use:

• Essential cookies, which WooCommerce uses to remember your shopping cart and keep checkout working. These do not contain personally identifiable information.
• Analytics cookies which help us understand how people use our site.
• Advertising cookies which help us measure and show relevant ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that if you block essential cookies, parts of the shop may not work.

We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in, for example by subscribing to our newsletter Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us at hello@livelifemove.com and we will remove you promptly

If you purchase our Movement Clothing you may recieve a one off email to support you to love your purchase

We use SSL encryption on our website, restrict access to personal information, and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure. If a privacy breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as the Privacy Act 2020 requires.

Our website links to other sites. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies before sharing personal information with them.
