The following infromation relates to all returns being shipped from a New Zealand address.
LiveLife Move wants your online shopping experience to be easy and successful. We understand that when you buy online there can be some challenges making sure you get the right size, colour and style you want.
Therefore you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund. Items must be in their original condition.

You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition.
Choose to exchange or receive a refund
Exchange: You can exchange your item for a different size, colour or style at no additional cost. If there is any difference in price of the exchanged item you will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Refund: If you would like a refund a small Refund Fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund total of your item to cover the return courier cost & cost to process.
No Refund Fee applied if you choose to take care of shipping yourself.

Exchanging : Use EXCHANGE in the subject line and let us know your order number and if you would like a return label sent.
Refund: Use REFUND in the subject line and let us know your order number and if you would like a return label sent.
Return Courier Label
A prepaid return courier label can be sent to you via email if you choose this service. Please print off this return label.
Or... you can take care of return shipping yourself and no Refund Fee will apply.
Prepare the Package
- Please include the completed returns slip (you receive this slip with your original purchase) with your item.
- Package the item using either the original courier packaging or package to a similar size.
- Attach the printed label or your own shipping label to the outside of the package.
Contact the Courier
Once your package is ready, please contact the courier.
Details of how to contact will be emailed with your return label.
Exchanges will be shipped promptly back to you, refunds will be made within 5 working days
