LiveLife Move wants your online shopping experience to be easy and successful. We understand that when you buy online there can be some challenges making sure you get the right size, colour and style you want.
Therefore you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund Items must be in their original condition.

We have a returns process that suppports you to get the right size and feel amazing in your purchase
30 days to return
You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase. To accomodate the shipping time to New Zealand your item must be dispatched within the 30 days.
The cost to return the item to LiveLifeMove in Nelson New Zealand is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be in their original condition.
Choose to exchange or receive a refund
Exchange: You can exchange your item for a different size or style. LifeLiveMove will cover the cost to send the exchanged item to you.
Refund: A refund fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your original payment to cover the cost to process your refund.

Delivery Address
LiveLife Move will email you with delivery details to Livelife Move in Nelson New Zealand.
Prepare & Send the Package
Please include the completed returns slip (you receive this slip with your original purchase) with your item.
